1. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
2. Paid plans
You can cancel any time and your plan will stop at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
3. Refund requests
If you are not happy with your first paid month, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we will review a refund request. Renewal payments are usually not refundable, but write to us if something went wrong and we will look at it fairly.
4. Domains and third-party fees
Fees you pay to domain registrars or other third parties are not collected by us, so we cannot refund them.
5. How to ask
Email [email protected] with your account email and the payment date. We will reply as soon as we can.
