1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Lumiro at lumiro.lk, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Lumiro is
Lumiro is an AI website builder. You can pick a template, ask the AI to change it, host the result and connect your own domain. Features can change over time.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have your parent or guardian’s permission, and be able to enter into a contract.
- Give accurate information and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
4. Your content
You own the content you add to Lumiro, including text, images and the sites you build. You give us a limited licence to store, process, display and host that content only so we can run the service for you.
You promise that you have the right to use everything you upload or publish and that it does not break anyone’s rights or the law.
5. AI features
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other output. You are responsible for checking and approving anything before you publish it. Some plans have usage limits, for example a daily number of AI edits.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Lumiro to:
- Break any law, including laws of Sri Lanka.
- Publish scams, phishing, malware or misleading content.
- Publish hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful content, or anything that exploits children.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Send spam or abuse the service, its users or our systems.
- Resell or copy Lumiro’s templates or software as your own product.
7. Domains and third-party services
You must own or control any domain you connect. Domain registration and renewal fees are paid to your registrar, not to us. Third-party services such as registrars and payment providers have their own terms.
8. Plans, billing and renewals
- Lumiro has a Free plan and paid plans. Prices and features are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.
- Paid plans renew each billing period until you cancel.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. Taxes may be added where required.

9. Cancelling and ending service
You can cancel at any time from your account, and your plan will stop at the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Where possible we will give you a chance to download your content first.
10. Our property
Lumiro’s software, templates, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use our templates for your own websites, but not resell them as templates.
11. Availability
We work to keep Lumiro running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change, pause or remove features, and we will try to warn you about big changes.
12. Disclaimers
Lumiro is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about results, such as traffic, sales or search ranking.
13. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka will handle any dispute, unless the law says otherwise.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you. If you keep using Lumiro after a change, you accept the new terms.
